Prayer for a Dear Friend-RDS

Lord of Mercy we place our dear sister, rds before You and pray that You will heal her of her infirmities. We pray that the Holy Spirit will strengthen her through this ordeal and that He will fill her heart with Divine Light and comfort her in her pain.

In the long dark nights may Rds feel the comfort of Your Holy Presence as the hours go by and sleep remains elusive, may she know in her pain, there You are too.

May Our Lady place her Mantel of protection over Rds and comfort her through all anxieties. We also pray for the family of Rds may they also be strengthened through this trial and most anxious time, may the Holy Spirit guide them all and comfort them when most needed.

We ask this in Your Name Lord

Dear Jesus,

Divine Physician and Healer of the Sick,

we turn to You in this time of illness.

O dearest Comforter of the Troubled,

alleviate our worry and sorrow with Your gentle love,

and grant us the grace and strength to accept this burden.

Dear God,

we place our worries in Your hands.

We ask that You restore Your servant to health again.

Above all,

grant us the grace to acknowledge Your holy will

and know that whatsoever You do,

You do for the love of us.

Prayer For Maria

I'd really like to ask your prayers for my poor friend Maria who's suffering terribly from Multiple Sclerosis. My heart breaks for her. Please pray that she'll get relief from the terrible non-stop pain she is forced to endure. So far, no drugs have worked to end her pain. Please pray for my angel Maria.

Prayer for Linda, a Dear Lady & Friend

May our Lord in His infinite Mercy enfold our beloved friend Linda in His loving embrace, may He ease her worries and anxieities as she prepares to meet her beloved Lord, face to face. May our Lady comfort our sweet friend in her motherly arms and may the Holy Spirit strengthen those who must continue to go on without our loving friend and sister in Christ. May her family be consoled by the whisper of that loving Spirit of God and may they know we pray for them in their anguish.

The love she shared with each of us will be remembered by us all and the compassion she gave to all she met will be an example we hope to follow. Though miles seperate the body love overcomes distance, our sister in Christ managed to share her love with one and all while judging no-one.

An angel is amongst us and an angel she will remain.
