Dearest Friends in Christ,
I am requesting prayer for my granddaughter Jacquelyn. She is a lovely 20 year old who has been diagnosed with an unknown bacterial invasion in her body. This, I am told, could cause her heart problems and/or ovarian cancer.
I am asking that prayers be offered for her full recovery and healing.

Dear Convert, after a sinful life, through the power of God's holy Word you learned to love your fellow human beings. Self-sacrificing, you founded the Society of Hospital Brothers. No wonder the Church made you the patron of patients and nurses. That is why we confidently have recourse to you. Please give assistance to Jacquelyn, and teach us to be kind like you. Amen.

Prayer to Saint Peregrine
Dear Apostle of Emilia and member of the Order of Mary, you spread the Good News by your word and by your life witnessed to its truth. In union with Jesus crucified, you endured excruciating sufferings so patiently as to be healed miraculously of cancer in the leg. If it is agreeable to God, obtain relief and cure for Jacquelyn and keep us all from the dread cancer of sin. Amen.
