My heart is aching this evening, please keep my son Scott in your thoughts and prayers!!! His blood work has shown some areas of concern and he's facing further tests....

You know well how profound a grief is suffered by normal mothers when their child is sick.
Good mothers are truly "compassionate,"
that is, they suffer with their children.
Please bless this Sick Child
and bring consolation to the parents.

Hear the prayers we offer for our sick brothers and sisters.
May all who suffer pain, illness or disease realize that they are chosen to be saints,
and know that they are joined to Christ
in his suffering for the salvation of the world,
who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit,
One God, for ever and ever.
